What is your holiday shipping schedule?
For delivery by 12/23, select Ground by noon (CST) on 12/16; Two-Day by noon on 12/21; or Overnight by noon on 12/22. Orders placed after noon on 12/22 will not be processed until 12/27. Our office will be closed on 12/26 and 1/2.
Can I return an item that I purchased online?
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it. Please read our return policy.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Unless an item is on backorder, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We will notify you by email if one or more of your items are temporarily unavailable.
What are my shipping options?
We offer Ground, Two-Day, and Overnight shipping options, all via UPS. However, because of the contents of some of our kits, not all of our products can be delivered via air. The following products may only be shipped UPS Ground: Working Girl's, Working Guy's, Wedding, and Groom's Survival Kits.
What if I choose the incorrect shipping option?
Ms. & Mrs. does not assume liability for the shipping options chosen by customers. If a customer chooses a shipping method that does not meet his or her needs, please call (847) 545-9500 right away and we will amend the shipping method if
the order has not been shipped and refund or bill the difference in cost. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy, but the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?
We apologize to our international fans, but we do not export our products at this time. We will begin shipping internationally in the spring of 2012. Please follow us on Facebook or Twitter for the latest updates.
Do you provide gift wrapping services?
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time, but we do offer complimentary gift cards that you can redeem at check-out. Our website allows you to ship to multiple addresses in one order, making your online experience as efficient as possible.
