Ms. & Mrs. issues refunds for all unopened survival kits in their original condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the kit within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Unless the return is a result of our error, shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive the kit and determine that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase.

How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these instructions:

1. Contact us at orders@msandmrs.com or at (847) 571-5995 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and mailing address. No returns will be accepted without an RA Number.
2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip.
3. Write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box, and mail the item to the address we provide.

Please return the item via an insured carrier (i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL). We recommend that you insure the item for its full value, and retain all postal and insurance receipts to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. All returns must be pre-paid. We will not accept COD returns.

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please save the box and all of the packing material. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to at our cost, and we will exchange the item promptly.
